Once your order is confirmed, you receive privateSFTPcredentials (host, port, username, and password) along with console access.
  • Connect using any free SFTP client (such asFileZilla, WinSCP, Cyberduck, SSH Mobile, or the SFTP extension inVS Code).
  • Drag and drop your project files (e.g.index.js, bot.py, your.envfile with your token, and your SQLite/JSON database).
  • Dependencies (such asnpm installpackages orpip install -r requirements.txtlibraries) are installed automatically, or we can configure them for you.
  • Your application is managed by a process supervisor (such asPM2), ensuring continuous 24/7 operation.

All mCloud instances includeautomated daily backupsexecuted overnight and stored on a separate storage array, keeping your configuration files and databases safe. If you ever need to restore a file from a previous day, simply contact us.
FAQ What happens to my files if my billing period expires?

We never delete your work immediately. When your paid period ends, the bot process is paused and your container enters a7-day grace period. During this time you can renew your plan or download all your files and databases via SFTP free of charge.

Official mCloud Terms of Service & Security Policy

These Terms govern the use of mCloud hosting and storage resources. By using our services, you agree to the rules below, designed to protect infrastructure stability, network security, and user privacy.

§ 1
Permitted Use:The mCloud platform is intended for hosting lawful software: messaging bots (Discord, Telegram, Twitch, game bots, APIs), automation scripts (Python, Node.js, Bash, PHP, Go, C#), microservices, web apps, databases, and private project archives.
§ 2
Strict Prohibition of Malware (Viruses, Trojans, Stealers):
Uploading, compiling, hosting, testing, or distributing any of the following is strictly prohibited:
  • Computer viruses, network worms, trojan horses, and ransomware.
  • Credential-stealing scripts: stealers (password, Discord token, or session cookie grabbers), keyloggers, and spyware.
  • Botnet Command & Control (C2) panels, exploits, backdoors, and unauthorized penetration tools.
  • Phishing pages or scripts designed to harvest credentials or payment card data.
§ 3
Strict Prohibition of Cryptocurrency Mining:
Running any cryptocurrency miners (e.g. XMRig, ccminer, cpuminer, web-mining scripts) that saturate CPU or memory is strictly forbidden and automatically detected by real-time telemetry.
§ 4
Prohibition of Network Attacks, Flooding & Port Scanning:
Using the server for any of the following is strictly prohibited:
  • Launching DDoS / DoS attacks (UDP flood, SYN flood, HTTP flood, booters, or network stressers).
  • Mass port or IP scanning across the Internet (e.g. Nmap, Masscan).
  • Brute-force credential attacks against SSH, FTP, RDP, or web login panels.
  • Sending unsolicited bulk messages (SPAM) or operating open proxies or mail relays.
§ 5
Prohibition of Illegal Content:Storing or distributing materials that violate national or international law, pirated software (warez), stolen accounts, leaked personal data, or CSAM is strictly prohibited.
§ 6
Consequences of Violations (Zero Tolerance Policy):
Any violation of § 2, § 3, § 4, or § 5 results inimmediate and permanent termination of the service and container deletionwithout prior notice andwithout any right to a refund. In cases involving criminal offenses, server logs, IP addresses, and evidence will be handed over to law enforcement authorities.
§ 7
Billing Cycles & Rental Terms:Services are rented for the duration chosen by the user:one week, one monthorany custom number of days or monthsagreed upon prior to activation. Payment is made upfront for the entire period. Before expiration, users are notified of renewal options.
§ 8
Code Privacy & Security:Your lawful source code, bot tokens, and databases remain your sole property. Every service runs inside an isolated container environment inaccessible to third parties.
§ 9
Backups:While mCloud utilizes RAID storage and automated snapshots, users are advised to maintain their own local copies of critical source code and databases.
